About Us
Prestige and Green was born from the experience of Jason and Sarah Cantrill who have been involved in the HIP industry for the last two years with a large national HIP provider. They have used that experience to create an independent HIP company focused on specific aims that are relevant to HIP regulations, estate agents, vendors and planet as a whole.
- Speed up the home buying process
- Help reduce carbon emissions.
- Offer a local professional solution
- Be competitively priced
Speeding up the home buying process
Prestige and Green help speed up the process of the HIP by keeping the processes of the HIP in house, these range from employing our own domestic energy assessors to owning our own search company.
Reducing Carbon Emissions
Prestige and Green tackle the issue of carbon emissions in many ways, we use local domestic energy assessors local to the area to stop excessive traveling, we are working to become a carbon neutral company and we are planting a tree for every Green HIP ordered.
Offering a Local Professional Solution
At Prestige and Green we focus our strengths on delivering an outstanding, personal service to our local area. We don't waste your time with sales road shows, or re-direct you to an understaffed call centre. You deal with local experts known by professionals and the public alike.
Be competitively priced
Prestige and Green have taken a pro-active stance in offering our clients a competitively priced HIP by reducing our costs. We own a search company and employ domestic energy assessors and pass the savings we make on to the client.
Business Aim
Prestige and Green are dedicated to offering an expertly driven local solution and are continually prepared to deliver you a top quality Home Information Pack [HIP] in the fastest possible time and at a competitive price.
Environmental Aim
Prestige and Green is a hip provider dedicated to making a difference to estate agents, vendors and the planet. We will plant a tree in the UK when our Green HIP is ordered. We will offer a first class service to clients and we will endeavour to reduce our carbon output and aim to become carbon neutral by the end of 2008. The energy performance assessment and certificate are the start of an ongoing process to help reduce carbon output and save energy. We encourage all stakeholders to join us and make a difference.
